How to start your CrossFit journey with us? We have two simple pathways:

New to Fitness?

Joining a gym can be daunting — especially if you haven’t done it before. We get it, we’ve been there too! We’ve got a way to make it easy. Our Two Week Trial includes a 1:1 CrossFit Intro Session with one of our friendly coaches. We’ll find a time that suits you, teach you the basics, and help you feel confident joining class — no matter your fitness level.

Ready to Go!

If you’ve done CrossFit before and are ready to jump into class, then try us out for two weeks! Skip the CrossFit Intro Session and jump straight into our Two Week Trial to experience our coaching, community, and programming firsthand.

Our Classes

CrossFit

CrossFit classes comprise of mobility, skill, strength and conditioning. The daily workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the individual’s ability level.

CrossFit Intro

Been thinking about trying CrossFit but not sure how to get started? Our CrossFit Intro Session in our Two Week Trial is the perfect first step.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

CrossFit Kids & Teens for Term 4 2025 are on Mondays and Thursdays – check out the details for days and timing.

Mobility

Our Mobility Class combines soft tissue work with static stretching and stability work to promote better movement and improve range of motion.

Olympic Lifting & Gymnastics

Our Olympic Lifting classes are dedicated to learning the proper technique of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Our Gymnastics classes concentrate on a specific gymnastics skill in each class.
