We have two simple ways to get started, depending on where you’re at in your fitness journey.

Start with a free No Sweat Intro — a relaxed 15-minute chat with Owner & Head Coach Troy.

No workout. No pressure.

We’ll show you around, chat about your goals, answer your questions, and help you feel confident about taking the next step. From there, you can begin our Two Week Starter Program and ease into classes with full coaching, support, and encouragement every step of the way.

If you’ve done CrossFit before or feel ready to get started, you can jump straight into our Two Week Starter Program.

Our Classes

CrossFit

CrossFit classes comprise of mobility, skill, strength and conditioning. The daily workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the individual’s ability level.

HybridFit

Our dedicated conditioning class, designed for longer time-domain training. Structured sessions focused on pacing, consistency, and sustained effort—supporting those who enjoy longer workouts or are preparing for endurance-style events.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

Building confident, capable kids through movement. Explore our CrossFit Kids & Teens program designed to make fitness fun and set them up for life.

Mobility

Our Mobility Class combines soft tissue work with static stretching and stability work to promote better movement and improve range of motion.

Olympic Lifting & Gymnastics

Our Olympic Lifting classes are dedicated to learning the proper technique of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Our Gymnastics classes concentrate on a specific gymnastics skill in each class.
