Olympic Lifting

At CrossFit Affinity, we devote an entire class to learning the proper technique of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. These are run once a week in six week blocks across the year.

Each class is structured with a warm up, mobility drills, technique drills and a strength or conditioning component to develop strength, performance and confidence.

These are designed for all levels of experience – whether you are new to CrossFit and want to learn Olympic Lifts for the first time, or are experienced and want to embed sound technique to increase your lifts.
