I was a little intimidated by the idea of CrossFit, writing it off as something for people at peak physical fitness….. but I was wrong, CrossFit is how you get fit and how you build (and maintain) a healthy body.
Not only do I feel fitter in a short amount of time, the positive effects that it has on my confidence and self-esteem is amazing!
The Coach is fantastic – it feels like you are getting personal coaching at each session. Each session is different, which I love as it feels exciting to see what challenge is next.
I also love the very supportive and friendly community environment – it really encourages me to work harder!
The final bonus is that it is right next to the Pine Harbour ferry which transports you to the CBD in 35 minutes! So, perfect to get a workout in before or after work!
