Thursdays are a little bit different here at CrossFit Affinity. Our Thursday classes start off with a Gymnastics strength and skills component, followed by a CrossFit workout that is generally less technical and is in the longer time domain than other days of the week.
We define fitness as increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains, and on Thursdays we aim to build your cardiovascular endurance and stamina. These workouts vary every week with a variety of movements and structure varying from individual to partner and team workouts.
These are designed to have you progressing towards your fitness goals and constantly improving. As always, our Endurance style workouts have options for every level of fitness.
