The gym is clean, tidy, functional and the gear is top notch. The location is something you would see in Miami, a great view to look at while you’re in a whole world of pain.

The community is kind and accepting of all levels, I am by no means a professional athlete, nor do I want to be, I just like to uncomfortable, I do this for my mental fitness and the physical fitness is a by-product.

Nothing grows in a comfort zone.
